Unable to upload the orginal quality. #48

I tried uploading a reel which is around 40mb using this extension, it's 1080p with super quality.

After uploading it it becomes like 360p quality. The quality is reduced like hell .

Please help me out .Tell me how can I upload my video without quality loss.

Btw I'm using the latest version that is posted two weeks befor

The biggest thing is to make sure the video you are posting is crisp with enough contrast and less neutral colours like grey, minimal colour banding/gradients (adding texture/grain to your video helps reduce compression artifacts, pixel dither and banding) and make sure the video has bright highlights , thats the biggest thing, how your overall video appears before posting, next render the video with handbrake before you post, With the RF slider at 0 and the Encoder preset on placebo, then use inssist to upload, i choose the photo/video option bcs I hate reels </3 and my quality is always really good with it
