Sending money sends the recieving player both messages #122

Describe the issues
When using /eco give the player the money is being sent to receives both messages about sending and receiving the money. javaw_2023-11-18_20-34-55 The first message should be sent to the executor of the command, and the second message to the player.

I tested it on my own server and didn't find this issues.
