Spigot 1.16.5

Storage-type
MySQL

Describe the issues
When I turn off money requests using /paytoggle, I type paytoggle again and money requests do not open so /paytoggle only turns it off, not on

I have the same problem, I am using the latest version the problem has not been solved yet, I wrote the same problem in discord it has been like this for a long time, can you please provide your support?
