In the process of running scDaPars, we first used DaPars2 to generate a table, as shown below, containing the predicted proximal PAS position, 3’UTR information, and PDUI values of different transcripts in each cell, but the table did not contain the distal PAS position information. I would like to ask how to obtain the location of the distal PAS and whether such information is generated during the process of using scDaPars?
