Remove binaries from vc #14

This PR is a simple cleanup of the master branch. It removes binaries and generated files from revision tracking and also fixes a few warnings.

I have since noticed that you have a "develop" branch, should I work off that?

Perhaps you could clarify the purpose and status of the master branch e.g. Is it for stable software and is it accepting bugfixes or do you plan to merge the develop branch soon?

@shiftee yes I am working on the develop branch and it is already merged from the master branch almost one year ago. So yes please work on the develop branch as it is the most recent. The master branch has the code as it is on the executables I have published on my website andama.org
