translate and replace shows empty popup on IntelliJ IDEA 2024.1 (Ultimate Edition)

📝 Issue Description

1.) Select german text 2.) right click and select "Translate and Replace" 3.) you get a small empty popup

Interestingly just using "Translate" from the Context Menu instead of "Translate & Replace" works fine. There I get a popup where I can select the target language. The Replace one is broken. Maybe note that I'm using the new design of IntelliJ

This really breaks the plugins main functionality and makes it unusable and is a critical bug.
