【HELP】最近失败的频率有点高 #187

如题，最近总是出现 Connection to gitee.com timed out. 或 Connection reset by peer 问题，是因为 GitHub Actions Runner 的服务器在国外的缘故吗？求解

最近都正常了，怀疑是网络问题或者gitee那边抽风
