[Request]: Better hotkey management + notification of toggled hotkey #213

Problem

The menu for configuring hotkeys is a bit of a mess, for instance, I would like to put a bind to bring my horse to me but for some reason there are multiples of the same (for bring horse and a bunch of others) toggles in the list making it a bit frustrating to figure out which one actually works.

I also think it would be beneficial to have a GUI feature like YimMenu when you toggle a hotkey it shows it at the top right. Another example: I have noclip bound to Numpad0, when I press it in GTAV's YimMenu it would let me know if noclip was activated or deactivated. This would be useful if there are other settings I want to have a toggle for that aren't immediately noticeable like keeping bars filled.

Also, when binding a hotkey I am required to hold the bind button down then I can press the key that I want on my keyboard. Unsure if this is a bug or a feature.

Solution

I would like to see a neater menu for binding hotkeys while also having a notification appear upon toggling.

Reason

It would make it easier to tell at a glance whether a hotkey I pressed is either on or off without having to re-open the menu. I also believe a neater, more organized hotkey menu could possibly allow more people to take advantage of it.

Additional context

This is my first issue report here on GitHub so if there is anything missing please let me know and I will provide as much help in support as I can.

Hi, Thanks for the issue report and it looks like its full of information so nothing is missing. Our current Hotkey system is not really designed for this amount of commands. The holding part is a feature. I think I will rewrite the hotkey system in my next PR to improve it. It really needs it. Thanks for the report.
