SNP Density Plot question on bin size #72

Hi,

In the SNP_density plot I was not clear whether the bin-size parameter indicates overlapping window size or non-overlapping window sizes. If it is overlapping windows, then by how much do the windows overlap.

it is the non-overlapping window sizes. Thanks for using CMplot.
