Overlap between windows of DNA density map #99

How can I set the overlap between the windows of the DNA density map? Due to different overlays leading to different results, I cannot find the parameters to set this feature! Thank you very much to the author!

Thank you for the question, CMplot cannot visualize the map with overlapped windows.

However, when drawing SNP density maps, it is reasonable to set a certain length of overlay between each window to reduce boundary effects and smooth the results. thanks.
