Can you provide the code about CUB datasets code? Thanks!

I e-mailed the author, and she said that data preparation for CUB is very similar to MSCOCO and CUHK-PEDES. It should be relatively straightforward to make code for the CUB dataset.

Once I have it figured out, I will share it (through a pull request).
