Implemented animation based on volume #20

Disabled the animation from playing and implemented randomly switching between frame 1 and 2 when the volume is high enough. There's probably a better way to do it, but it already looks much better

Thanks for taking the time to implement this, really interesting idea I didn't think about.

It's not like I did it for you or anything, b-baka! But I did see just now that it doesn't work for really short lines like GAH, then it doesn't change sprites at all

Have just tested it and it worked fine. Some long phrases and the ones with a low volume look a little bit weird, but in general it's great.
