Error in Voice recognition #79

When I touch Kurisu to start a conversation, Kurisu doesn't answer, my phone is very new so I just want to know what can be happening.

If the phone is really new, ensure you've got the Google App / Google Assistant installed. I think it comes as a part of the Google app. It is required for speech recognition to work. Give that a go, and if it doesn't work, feel free to let me know. I'll be sure to try and offer other suggestions ;)

The app has all the requirements needed and Google App is installed. I have tried to install and uninstall de app 3 times and it still doesn't work. If you know something that I can do, that will be amazing. Thanks

Hmm, this does seem like a very odd issue. Could you go into the Google App and make sure it has all been set up correctly, and then confirm everything is working okay using an example "Ok Google" command. Just want to definitely rule out that it's all set up okay.

Another thing, could you also long press on Kurisu and tell me whether she says a few voice lines?

Google works perfect such as long-pressing on kurisu, when I do that she starts saying all her lines. This really sound like an odd problem.

My cellphone is a Samsung Grand Prime, just in case.

You've mentioned that the Google app has all its requirements needed, does that include Google framework or GMS core or something like that? and, as a suggestion, see if the Google app is set as the default app for voice recognition. that may help(。・`ω´・)
