Some folders being deleted on manual sync #6

Not sure exactly why some folders sync fine, some don't...
For example, if I sync /apps/dam manually for 6.4, it will delete that node in AEM.

Yinkai15. Sorry for the delay. I had to run this by our data-security team and they approved it with two caveats. First they want to confirm that you are not expecting anything back from us and you are not going to use our name in any materials. That would require other approvals and so on. But wanted to mention it to be clear.
