使用2月7号之后的数据，R0有问题 #5

使用7号之后的数据，R0变化有问题一直很高，还有就是死亡率为2%估算在代码体现是0.02才对，我看你是0.2

谢谢，我已经把0.02 改过来了。 你说的没错，计算beta的方法有问题，我今天找到了一些bug，但是你说的这个问题依旧存在。我会之后继续努力检查修正的！
