Horn currently pulls everything from one repository. Borrowing from
Debian/Ubuntu (and others, I'm sure), having multiple repositories is a
good way to manage keeping a stable set of core packages, as well as
user-contributed, unstable, and local (internal) repositories.
External repositories should be available either via a command line switch
or in a configuration file.
e.g. horn -install:log4net -version:trunk
