Request: To be able to create more than 999 migrations #66

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Take a team of 5 devlopers
2. Give them tasks that will recuire them to each create at least one 
migration every day.
3. In 10 months you have no way to create new migrations because the last 
file starts with "999_"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Would be great if you could use more than 3 numbers at the start of the 
filename.
