Added PvP ByType Options #26

New versions will have PvP ByType dialogue to automate the adding/removal of 
PvP rules by type.

Usage is simple:
Click on 'Actor ByType' Tab.
Click 'PvP ByType' Button.
Select the classes you want added or removed from your state file.
Click 'Add/Remove' when finished.
Modify ByType rules as you would before, the changes from the previous dialogue 
will have been added or removed from your ByType list.

Forgot to note... I don't have the class type codes for renewal yet, so I did 
not implement them. If someone would be so kind as to point them out to me, 
I'll add them.

As is, all classes (including baby classes) pre-renewal are implemented.
