In the signoff fase, auction is wrong if zoom is applied twice #37

This can happen if signoff immediately goes to ScanningControls fase. Solution is to calulate a double zoom offset but this is not straight forward.

Fixed in commit ba14bb64cfbb03d83c7d4e98aa9ad9a56e463ac1, engine was off by one
