Add statistic for expected value over a set of hands #68

When bidding a set of hands, in order to compare different settings or new features, it would be useful to have a single number that tells something about the average quality of the final contracts reached.

Should be covered by categorizing into /poor/incorrect/nofit. A number doesn't say that much
