Support auto-installing future darwin/arm64 releases #9

The Homebrew Tap should already be ready (https://github.com/Yleisradio/homebrew-terraforms/pull/82), but also the bundled auto-installer should be modified.

Depends on https://github.com/robertpeteuil/terraform-installer/issues/8.

A newer installer script version could resolve this: https://github.com/robertpeteuil/hashicorp-installer
