What is the status on this feature request?
@DaanSelen basically we need to work out HOW to do the meshids
at the moment this is for format FUNC/DOMAIN/UNIQUEIDS
and examples below:
user//simon
- user simon, default domain
user/subdomain/bob
- user bob, subdomain domain
mesh//98eDYpbAxxJdjhnpcOQeXB7o4...
- a meshgroup for a user in the default domain
mesh/subdomain/NUF7d7LwFOe9nL57wHFcIYPWk...
- a meshgroup for a different user in the subdomain domain
node//c9WsBQez8Cjmu5ESYdAvmg...
- a node in the default domain
node/subdomain/sF9WglCnrWIT2ORCTttn$A...
- a node in the subdomain domain
how would i identify what is a subgroup or a meshgroup?
would i use something like submesh//iwebiuygfiwevuy...
submesh/subdomain/UFRudrsdyuygfdtyf7675e4...
?
how would i link them together?
the is a lot of work needed too such as displaying the subgroups but i can see from all the issues, it is a popular feature, just need time sadly

We'd love to add this feature but it's a lot of work. So we are looking for a developer to contribute or a financial sponsor. Any ideas?
You can reach out in private to me and/or @si458 to discuss.
Hello! Unfortunately, I am not a developer and I can’t finance either because of the threat to US banks about transferring money from Russia.
Could you kindly add Nested groups.
the generall groups available are great, but thre can be scenraios where, there is need to add another groups within the existing groups.
Very important key function.
