Can Telegram messaging to group be added? #4854

Hello,

It would be good to be able to set a group id instead of userid on destination that way several people in the group can see the message.

Right now there is no way of adding a groupid since "@" gets added to the begining of the handle, group id has no "@".

ive never used telegram but i can have a look for you next week 👍 ive fixed a few other messaging apps so now to enhance this maybe
