Have you considered integration with RocketChat ?

In a corporate environment it is more correct to use corporate tools independent of external services (such as telegram), it would be cool to have this feature, I have attached a link where WebHook is used

just looking at this for you, would you use a personal-access-token? https://developer.rocket.chat/reference/api/rest-api#access-tokens this would make it easier, as you would only need to specify your server url, access token, and a channel name https://developer.rocket.chat/reference/api/rest-api/endpoints/messaging/chat-endpoints/postmessage
