Intervention Technical Report #5321

I would like if it will be possible to create a technical report of the intervention carried out. To do this, it was enough for the “Event Log” created by the technician to be separated from the automatic events. It would be nice if you could search by keyword, in the computer report, in the group of computers or in general across all computers. In this way we would have a issues database could help us in the future with similar situations.

Try this. Go in "My Events" and "Reports". hit "Generate Report..." and select "Remote Sessions" as report type.

This should give you a report of all remote session, how long they lasted, etc. Let me know if this helped.

@Ylianst I think he is trying to separate the normal event and the manual events. I worked on this this weekend, I had to learn how Handlebars works but I believe it's something close to what he said. Something like filters or search for this part of events would also be cool. image image i have changed the 3 views of default.handlebars, for devices, users and My Events to show that button.
