Try this. Go in "My Events" and "Reports". hit "Generate Report..." and select "Remote Sessions" as report type.
This should give you a report of all remote session, how long they lasted, etc. Let me know if this helped.
@Ylianst I think he is trying to separate the normal event and the manual events. I worked on this this weekend, I had to learn how Handlebars works but I believe it's something close to what he said. Something like filters or search for this part of events would also be cool. i have changed the 3 views of default.handlebars, for devices, users and My Events to show that button.
I would like if it will be possible to create a technical report of the intervention carried out.
