Hi. Can you go in the device "Console" tab and type "info" and report back what you see? That command should indicate if the agent detects X11 support.
info Current Core: MeshCore v6. Agent Time: 2019-12-13 11:45:03.880-07:00. User Rights: 0xffffffff. Platform: linux. Capabilities: 15. Server URL: wss://mesh.aviushub.com:443/agent.ashx. Ubuntu Desktop I take it, not Server?
Correct
When you tried to connect the desktop, was there a user logged in? That version of Ubuntu does not allow X connections to server on the login screen session.
I tried it with both and I still get the same results.
Is there an error message?
This system does not have a x11 server running I believe is what I see. When I connect I can see a message flash below and I can get it to stay once in a while but it quickly disconnects.
I have Ubuntu 19.04 on a Dell EMC T40, This is with Mesh Central 2, I'm not able to use the Desktop mode to view my system and the Intel AMT tab connect button is also greyed out. Thanks for the help last night btw! :) I believe the error I was getting on the Desktop mode is no x11 server is running? I can access the terminal, files and tools in Desktop shows running processes so I know its sorta connected.
