Good evening, testing the MeshCentral Assistant I am looking for a way that when the user needs assistance, in addition to the alert on the platform the system sends an email to a particular mailbox. This would be a solution to later link it with a ticket system and have more direct statistics of the services performed.

I believe this can be handled by the server if you configure SMTP. Sending e-mail from the assistant would not work reliably, as ISPs often block mail being sent directly by programs on their customer's computers.
