Unable to access AMT even though it is activated #102

I bought a HP Mini PC and activated AMT just as I have with other HP and Lenovo mini PCs. However, MeshCommander won't show it on a scan even though I can SSH to the relevant IP. MeshCommander can also connect to the previously scanned PCs.

This PC runs ProxMox so I downloaded the Linux version of meshcmd which seems to indicate AMT is activated. The output seems similar to that on the machines that can connect though I have a mix of AMT v9/v11/v12

root@pve2:~# ./meshcmd amtinfo DHCP error, interface (eno1) not found Intel AMT v12.0.94, activated in Admin Control Mode (ACM). Wired Enabled, DHCP, 6C:0B:84:E0:C4:AD, 192.168.1.55 Wireless Disabled, DHCP, 00:00:00:00:00:00 Connection Status: Direct, CIRA: Disconnected.

Trying to connect with a browser to http://192.168.1.55:16992/logon.htm gives me a "Refused to connect" message

I also installed MeshCentral on one of the servers and it too can see the other PCs but not this one.

What am I doing wrong?

I disabled AMT, rebooted, re-enabled and re-configured it the way I had done before and now MeshCommander sees it during a scan!
