Reading plans sometimes wrong for foreign readers. #237

In the Hungarian version of the M'Cheyne One Year Bible reading plan at the 
beginning the AND Bible starts with Ezekiel, while all other versions of the 
same reading plan available on-line start with book of Ezra.

Solution - use OsisParser to load readings.

I believe I have solved this by changing all references to OSIS format and 
utilise a new OSIS Parser to read them in.  See [ReadingPlan] for more 
information.

This should be part of the next release.
