Scene unconfigured. See the SOURCE ENGINE EXPORT panel in SCENE PROPERTIES.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.I select all with the "A" key
2.Then I went to File>Export>Source Engine (.smd, .vta, .dmx)
3.And then I click it then it gives me this error, "Scene unconfigured. See the 
SOURCE ENGINE EXPORT panel in SCENE PROPERTIES."

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected it to give me the option to name the file. But it gives me an error.

What version of Blender and the SMD Tools are you using? On what operating
system?
Blender 2.68a
io_smd_tools-1.8.5
Windows 7 64-bit Professional

Please provide any additional information below.

OK so now I installed 1.8.6 and it still gives me this stupid error.

Scene Properties is here: http://i.imgur.com/x2DpHxm.png

You will find a Source Engine Export panel from which you can configure the 
scene...just like the error says.
