i can't enable the addon "io_smd_tools.py" #101

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.i open Blender 2.6.3
2.i install the addon "io_smd_tools.py"
3.when i hit the enable button the error pop out

i expect to enable the addon

Blender 2.6.3
Blender SMD Tools 1.8.6
Windows 7

Upgrade to the latest version of Blender.
