MarkerWithLabel extend function #213

It would be nice if the MarkerWithLabel is not directly extended by Google Maps 
prototypes.

Please use an extend function like the MarkerClusterer does.

Because we load an collection (includes MarkerWithLabel) of minified files on 
pageload. And later the GoogleMapsApi ondemand.

The extend method now didnt override existing methods.
