Mouse Over on Cluster Marker #298

What feature would you like to see added?
On Mouse over of Cluster Marker,that should draw a polyline(Polygon) element 
around the distance covered by that Cluster Marker.

Additional comments:
For Example,if A is the Cluster marker for 3 markers under area of 
(41.2300,-72.3665) and distance of 10, we should draw some polygon for the area 
covered on mouse over of Cluster marker A.
