Added Support for Multiple Distros & New Readme #145

This is pretty much my first time using python, feel free to be mean and I will fix the code. Tried to follow the formatting.

I use arch, so only the arch part has been tested, other ones I followed the book for their package managers. Arch needed a little custom care, as always.
