here I do have a proper pass i just changed it to starts and my files aren't called hub or bungee they are called config.txt

ummm... what are you trying to do? You place the bungee plugin in the bungee plugins folder, the bukkit plugin in all the bukkit plugin folders, and you set the name in config.txt, you don't rename config.txt

He is saying that it doesn't work even though he has set it up right, I have the same issue.
