According to the roadmap there is to be future compatibility with AMD GPUs. Is there a specific time frame before they're supported?

Probably not soon. The more immediate concern would be to switch to a more efficient Nvidia miner and the new NiceHash API.

If you can write code, I am always happy to accept PR's.
