This PR has changes for the following:

MAN-131 (internal ticket): Update Admob documentation so it contains everything, and obsolete the article. Added a note to the article at https://help.gamemaker.io/hc/en-us/articles/360002971751-iOS-and-Android-Google-Mobile-Ads-AdMob-Setup and merged relevant contents into the Setup page.
Updated minimum extension version in the written text to the one set in the latest release.

The wiki has been updated with these changes.
