Epic Online Services documentation ported to the JSDoc format #11

This pull request contains the documentation for the Epic Online Services extension ported to the new docs folder/JSDoc format.

A few other important changes:

All documentation related to login is now on a page Logging_In.md
- Added a section on logging in using the Epic Games Launcher
Added struct definitions for certain return values
Added a few constants and made various other changes/fixes
