Image Editor: Changes are not saved properly in Beta IDE 2023.1100.0.441, building the project shows the old content of the Sprite #2239

Description

I've edited a sprite, inside the image editor, it looked fine then added to room editor it looked like the sprite I've designed too, but when I play the game it will revert back to my original sprite with its original collision box too. I closed and reopened gamemaker and the sprite fully returned to its original form, but when I ctrl+A select the image and move it around it changed back to what I've edited version... I am so confused.

Steps To Reproduce

Open image editor Draw something Then after save or making it an object and placement to room editor Edit the image via image editor *Observe the behavior in game and IDE

Whenever I open nine_slice option in sprite editor, then it goes full bonkers... If I resize a nine_slice open sprite inside the room editor it looks fine but in-game it just turns invisible.

Could be the same underlying issue as #2223 (fixed for next beta update) - where similarly changes in image editor did not show in-game. That only occurred for freshly imported sprites, eg when you drag a png into the asset browser - do you only see the above problem for newly imported sprites like this? Or can you get it when you create a new empty sprite?
