In-Game: Windy woods template throws JS error when targeting OperaGX VM or YYC #2554

Description

The Windy woods template has a JS error when ran in OperaGX. There is no error with html5 or windows

Steps To Reproduce

1.open GM 2.Import the attached project or create a new project using the windy woods template found on the start page

  1. target html5 and run
  2. The project will work as expected
  3. target OperaGX VM or YYC and run
  4. The browser will show an error saying an exception thrown
  5. open the console, there is a WebAssembly.Exception exception error in the console

Verified fixed in IDE v2023.11.0.120 Runtime v2023.11.0.157
