Code Editor 2: Collapsing a region makes the toggle button for all regions lower in that script not work until the first region is expanded again #5255

Description

You can see in the video how trying to press a region folder will not work after a second click anywhere.

Steps To Reproduce

1) Load a script where there are regions. 2) Try to close them.

Which version of GameMaker are you reporting this issue for?

IDE v2024.400.0.532 Runtime v2024.400.0.551

Which operating system(s) are you seeing the problem on?

Windows 10.0.19045.0
