As above, the readme here and the bug-reporter inside GameMaker do say to not report licensing issues as bugs, as a different team handles your licence and they won't see this report.
However, looking at your logs we can already see that there are lots of networking errors and GameMaker does indeed think you're offline, as you say.
Please see https://help.gamemaker.io/hc/en-us/articles/360022953052-User-Permissions-and-Internet-Access-Required-by-GameMaker and this will help you resolve any firewall, permissions, or proxy server setup issues on your machine. This is not a bug or something we could fix for you.
Your inability to drag assets onto GameMaker is also a permissions issue - typically, this is seen because you have set GameMaker to run in elevated permissions ("as admin"). Unless Windows Explorer is also set to run elevated, then it is no longer allowed to drop files onto any elevated application. That same guide I linked above already documents this problem and it's a very easy fix.
Please review our permissions guide and configure any OS permissions/.AV clients/firewall, etc., and stop running GM as admin, and then you should be able to immediately resolve all the issues mentioned here.

I push sign into game maker and nothing happens or it says no interenet conection its pissing me off cause cant drag my assessts in cause of it
