Feather Messages: Resource icons can still appear cut off when CE2 is not enabled #5848

Description

Some of the resource icons can still appear cut off, no matter the DPI. Only happens when CE2 is disabled.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Start GameMaker
  2. Open a project that contains feather messages
  3. See the issue image feather_icons.zip
