2 weeks ago In terms of actually uploading a game, we think this was a temporary thing caused by the server team trying to fix a different issue - you should be able to upload games just fine at the moment, as we have not seen the same error and we can upload okay still right now. However, this issue is being kept open for a bit as (as mentioned already) we are tracking a different issue that game strips and live wallpapers have an issue when uploading, so we will make sure that games can still be uploaded once that mods issue is confirmed fixed.

The exception when refreshing your game list, we see that one occasionally when there are web outages also - however, it can also very often be a signal that your web token has expired and so you simply need to click the refresh button next to the "Fetching profile info failed" message (potentially a few times if the problem is a web server thing).

Description
Attemping to export a GX game or view your profile in game settings both fail. You can test just fine, it's only the actual export that fails. I have Opera GX installed, am logged in both in GM and Opera, Opera GX is up to date. Same issue happens in both 2024.6 and 2024.8 beta.

Select GX.games as the export target, and then press Create Executable
