PageOverviewWidget load not existing CSS file

Please give us a description of what happened.

The widget PageOverviewWidget load an non existing CSS file. EXT:yoast_seo/Resources/Public/CSS/extended-list-widget.min.css

Please describe what you expected to happen and why.

Only existing CSS should be loaded.

How can we reproduce this behavior?
