Preview does not show website title from siteconfig #549

Please give us a description of what happened.

The google snippet preview does not show the website title that I set in the typo3 site config. In FE TYPO3 renders this:

Website title: page title

Please describe what you expected to happen and why.

The preview should render the website title and should also consider config.pageTitleFirst

How can we reproduce this behavior?

set a website title in site config
open a page in backend, open the SEO tab
website title is not shown in the google snippet preview

Technical info

TYPO3 version: 11.5.30
Yoast SEO version: 8.3.1
Relevant extensions in case of a bug: seo (core ext) 11.5.30
