User Setting option does not appear in TYPO3 12

I do not see any problems with the field, see screenshot:

Could you check the showitem in the TYPO3_USER_SETTINGS?

hmm. in a real project everything is working fine (12.4.latest).

OK, I can't reproduce anymore within latest 12 develop branch. So I think it was any temporary problem or it's already fixed in the core?!?!
