Update docs: Meta description has been replaced by title #236

Please give us a description of the issue

In the paragraph Omitted by default, it says:

In all scenarios, Yoast prefers to output no meta title by default, rather than an auto-generated value.

Since the topic is related to description and the next line explains why auto generated meta description is not good enough, I am assuming, this will be more appropriate:

Also, the Providing as admin comment has an old settings reference.

It says

Right now, the meta description for content type has been moved to Yoast SEO > Settings > Content Type.
