Update instructions for integration tests #251

Summary

Update several parts of the instructions to get the integration tests running.
- Suggest a docker-compose.override.yml.
- Order sections around, put all MySQL related steps under one header.
- Move unneeded (yet possible) steps to "Troubleshooting" section .
