[Feature Request] Add option to collapse the collapsible menus in settings #10718

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

The new collapsible menus make it difficult for users to review the settings for taxonomies, which can be high in number (100+).

Describe the solution you'd like

Remove collapsible menus or add an option to collapse them all at once.

why you think the feature request is something we should consider for the Yoast SEO plugins?

Example from our user: "The previous layout did not have the accordion structure. I could utilize page down to quickly look at all the attribute settings. We do not want those showing up in search, but they default to yes whenever we add them. Which is basically every time we add new products. I had a reminder to go through and check them every two weeks to fix the new ones. That took me maybe 5-10 minutes before. This morning it took me over 30 because I had to click on each accordion to see what the setting was. The UI looks very nice, but the utility of it decreased dramatically when you need to scan hundreds of items quickly."

I've changed the title to 'add option to collapse'. We will not be removing the option to collapse the menu items, but I can see a use case to collapse or expand the menus at once.
